Returns Policy & Shipping Info
RETURNS: We highly recommend you consult our size guides and product decsription before placing an order, to ensure you choose the right size for you. You can also chat with us in the chat box (bottom right) for further info.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund.
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. Products must not have been worn, and be returned to us in their original state. Items must not show any signs of wear, wash or damage. Security tags must not have been removed and items need to be returned in their original packaging.
The returns items must be sent back within 28 days from the time the buyer has notified the seller. Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We ask that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
If your country of residence is not the United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. We also do not cover any duty/taxes/custom fees that may incur with international shipments.

Exchanges
If you do require an exchange then please email us at contact@fkaclothing.com to notify us of the exchange and send your item(s) back to us. Once we receive your return we will send out the new item same day.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK; Anything posted to a country outside of the UK goes through customs to check it is not banned or restricted and you (the customer) pay the right tax or duty on it. Before you receive your purchase you may need to pay VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and will not be calculated at checkout. Please ensure to leave an email address and phone number so the courier can contact you if needed.
